We take projects throughout New York State. Most of our work lands in Rockland and Orange County, which means shorter drives, faster scheduling, and real familiarity with how homes here are built — but we regularly travel beyond them.
Rockland County
Much of Rockland’s housing was built well before modern insulation and air-sealing standards, which is why so many homes here have cold rooms, drafty floors, and attics that were never properly sealed. We work throughout the county on attic and wall insulation, air sealing, and home energy assessments.

Orange County mixes century-old farmhouses with newer subdivisions, and the two fail in different ways. Older homes often have uninsulated wall cavities and leaky attics; newer ones are frequently under-insulated at the rim joist and attic hatch. We assess the home first, then recommend the work.
