Warm Home NY was founded by Lior Hait, an entrepreneur with a background in property management, operations, and building services.
Before launching Warm Home NY, Lior was a founding team member at Daisy, where he helped build and scale a modern property management company. Working closely with residential properties gave him firsthand exposure to the challenges owners and residents face—from maintenance and building performance to rising operating costs, contractor coordination, and long-term improvements.
That experience naturally led him deeper into the energy-efficiency side of buildings. He saw homes losing energy through inadequate insulation, uncontrolled air leakage, and poorly performing building envelopes. At the same time, homeowners often struggled to understand what improvements they needed, which contractors to trust, and what New York energy programs were available.
He founded Warm Home NY to bridge that gap.
Today, Lior brings together his experience in property operations, construction coordination, customer service, and energy-efficiency work to help homeowners take a practical, whole-home approach. Warm Home NY identifies the causes of drafts, uneven temperatures, and energy loss, then implements appropriate insulation, air-sealing, and building-envelope improvements.
For Lior, the goal is to help homeowners understand their homes, make informed improvements, and create spaces that are more comfortable and energy efficient.
